Sometimes, the urge to just throw caution to the wind you’re tilting three sheets towards, and say, “piss on ‘em!” is just too strong to ignore. At least it was for New Jersey City Councilman, Steve Lipski, Friday night, according to the Washington Post:
A City Council member from Jersey City was arrested over the weekend after patrons at a Northwest Washington nightclub complained that someone had urinated on them from the balcony, according to police and media reports.
The WaPo article indicates there might be some confusion as to the identity of the “pisser,” however, yesterday’s New York Daily News offers no ambiguity at all:
A drunken Jersey City councilman was arrested for urinating on a crowd of concertgoers from the balcony of a Washington nightclub, police and club sources said Saturday.
Councilman Steven Lipski was caught relieving himself onto several revelers at the 9:30 Club during a concert by a Grateful Dead tribute band Friday night, club sources said.
“He was very drunk,” the source said, noting that it wasn’t the first time Lipski had caused a ruckus at the popular concert venue.
“We’ve dealt with this man before,” the source added. “He’s never peed on anybody, but he gets really belligerent and drunk.”
The Post article mentions that Lipski has been called a “wonderful and caring person,” who always put “the well-being of his fellow human beings first.” So, maybe Lipski just hated the band and wanted to make sure nobody had to listen to it. Or maybe it was the Grateful Dead tribute band he was aiming at. Or, maybe he just hates standing in lines. At any rate Lipski, says, no more booze.
“I’ve resolved not to touch alcohol again,” two-term Jersey City councilman Steve Lipski told the Fox 5 New York.

He must wonder why he’s in trouble…..All he did was to do literally, to a few people, what the Democratic party establishment and the Obama cult have spent most of this year figuratively doing to the voters and the country as a whole.
